What information does the Site capture about registered participants? The Site uses an extended log file format which captures: date and time of visit, referring address (location from which a visitor comes to, type of Internet browser, and visitor’s IP address and DNS name. The log file does not capture a visitor’s email address, or other personal or financial information. After successful login, you are able to update, correct, or delete your business information with exception of email address and federal tax identification number which the Service uses to uniquely identify you and your company. How does the Company protect my financial-related information? Keeping your financial information private is vitally important to us. We comply with all applicable financial and information privacy and security laws. In addition, we require our customers and partners to comply. Information is encrypted utilizing 128-bit SSL security. This system has been utilized in some form in the defense industry and is hardened against known security threats. Additionally, the Service utilizes strong authentication and authorization controls. What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information? Your Login is password protected. You may edit your profile by logging into the Service using your user ID and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. The Company will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your business information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
